
Are you skilled at sewing and upcycling with a creative flair for mending and a passion for sustainability? Do you have experience of delivering workshops in community and education settings?
We’re looking to expand our team of freelancers to facilitate our range of upcycling and mending workshops including:
- Monthly Meddle & Mend sessions – garment repair and upcycling workshops
- ReCycle or Dye – classes for 13-25 year olds
- Volunteer training sessions
- Specialist classes in; printing, dyeing, embroidery, darning or any other relevant skill
Fees based on Scottish Artist Union rates and dependant on experience.
Volume of work available is variable throughout the year. Being added to our team of freelancers is not a guarantee of work.
ReMode will register all freelancers under the PVG scheme. All freelancers must provide details of their own public and professional liability insurance. All freelancers will be given induction training in relation to their roles and responsibilities as part of ReMode’s policies and procedures on the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults and in Health & Safety including COVID safety.
