Contribute to the next edition of Clout!  Issue #5 is on the theme of Big Love and will be ready for Valentine’s day.

Bring along a well-loved or just worn-down garment as an inspiration to tell your story. Remembering an old jumper from the back of the drawer or flaunting a hot new interest with a story behind it. The 5th issue of our zine Clout! is focussing on compassion. We’ll be writing short stories, with a few exercises to get your minds limber, as well as some tips on tightening your prose.

The workshop will be led by Victoria McNulty who is a currently a Writer in Residence in Paisley. Victoria is a poet and spoken words artist whose well received pamphlet and spoken word show focuses on the lives within urban communities. Victoria has been published in several literary anthologies and performed as feature poet at acclaimed literary and arts nights across the UK and Ireland.

No experience necessary – open to all.
