Learn new skills – meet new people – get creative

There are all sorts of ways you can get involved with ReMode!

Weekly Recycle / Upcycle Volunteer Groups

This sociable and informal group meets once a week to help ReMode with a whole variety of tasks related to upcycling garments & fabrics. We’re always keen to hear from enthusiastic volunteers who share our ethos and have a willingness to learn! Tasks range from using up scrap fabrics to cover stains, repairing holes using embroidery techniques or bring a new lease of life to a garment by replacing buttons or a zip. And if you’re feeling particularly confident, there are opportunities to learn and develop new skills in sewing & garment construction by helping us to make new products for the shop from our donated fabrics.

Taking place on Wednesday afternoons in the ReMode shop from 3.30-5.30 pm, with the option to work from home.  To get involved or find out more about volunteering, email hello@remodeyouth.org
