Upcycled bag weaving workshop: Wednesday 19th, 26th November and 3rd December, 6-8pm

£0.00

Join us on Wednesdays 19th & 26th October, and 3rd December, from 6–8pm for a hands-on, creative 3-week workshop where you’ll learn how to make your very own bag using upcycled materials.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Discover techniques for weaving and constructing a durable bag.

  • Work with upcycled materials such as unwanted banners and old pallet straps, giving them a new life instead of ending up in landfill.

  • Learn practical skills including measuring, cutting, weaving, and finishing your bag so it’s ready to use.

  • Take home a unique, handmade bag at the end of the workshop.

This is a family-friendly and inclusive workshop, open to all ages and skill levels—whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience with crafting.

The workshop is generously funded by ReCAN, our local Climate Action Network, supporting creative and sustainable projects that help reduce waste and promote environmental awareness.

If this is your first ReMode workshop of the year, please complete a participant consent form, which is located in the workshop drop down menu, before attending.
